What is batch picking?

Review the results by order type, not just as one blended average. A method may be highly effective for e-commerce parcels and unsuitable for wholesale cartons.

Picking efficiency should never remove accountability. Every additional hand-off creates another point where stock can be misplaced, mixed or incorrectly allocated.
